We want to remind you that the option of changing your e-mail address is not available in the Personal Area if your e-mail has already been confirmed. However, there are several ways to change it by sending a request to customer support at e-mail support@fbs.com. The best way for you to change the e-mail will be determined by your individual case. Please refer to the solutions before understanding what would be right for you!

My Personal Area e-mail is not verified yet. How can I change it?

  • If you accidentally typed a mistake in the e-mail address, you can change it manually during the registration or later in the Personal Area;
  • You can register a new Personal Area if you have not deposited yet. Accounts in the current Personal area will be archived;
  • If you deposited into your account but cannot log in it anymore, you would need to provide us with the following:
    - Confirmation that your old e-mail is no longer available;
    - A photo where you hold your passport/ID card;
    - A photo of your passport/ID card;
    - A screenshot/official payment confirmation that the deposit has been deducted from your account. 

My Personal Area e-mail is verified, but I haven't deposited yet.

  • If your identity has not been verified, you would need to pass ID verification first and provide us with the following:
    - Confirmation that your old e-mail is no longer available;
    - A photo where you hold your passport/ID card you used for verification. 

My Personal Area e-mail is verified, and I have deposited in it already.

  • If your identity has not been verified, you would need to pass ID verification first and provide us with the following:
    - Confirmation that your old e-mail is no longer available;
    - A photo where you hold your passport/ID card you used for verification;
    - A screenshot/official payment confirmation that the deposit has been deducted from an account that belongs to you. 
  • If your identity has been successfully verified, you would need to do the following:
    - Confirmation that your old e-mail is no longer available;
    - A photo where you hold your passport/ID card you used for verification.

Otherwise, if you do not want to use your current e-mail, for example, you can open a new Personal Area under a different e-mail address to continue using all the functions of your account management through a client's Personal Area.
